Abstract

The article deals with human approach of defender towards his accused client and consequences of mastered practice. An example is axplained upon the case of K.

H. Frank before Special people's court of Prague at Prague in 1946 and his attorney Kamill Resler.

Author draws an analogy between their situation and differentiation of guilt by German philosopher Karl Jaspers in his work "Th question of German Guilt".
