The topic of the contribution is the reflective approach towards professional teacher education. The aim is to consider the relations between teacher education and defining teacher quality performance as well as the means of professional capabilities evaluation, to introduce the core principles and selected inspirations of reflective approach to students of primary school teacher education at the Pedagogical Faculty of Charles University, and to evaluate the present experience with reflective approach and selected experiences.
The contribution will present reflected examples of concrete procedures from pedagogical and psychological study subjects, teaching practice and obligatory study subjects.
