The article is the definition of administrative justice in Czechoslovakia in the period 1938-1945, a period called. Second Republic from 1 October 1938 to 14 March 1939 and during the Protectorate of Bohemia and Moravia from 15 March 1939 to 9 May of 1945.
Although in autonomous judiciary, based on pre-war organization of the courts, not in the period considered major changes, albeit with numerous overlaps the detriment of the Protectorate of justice, yet the contribution try to describe in particular the legislative aspects of the area under consideration, or the definition of the Supreme administrative Court, as court sole providing protection against incorrect decisions of administrative authorities. With regard to the continuity of the development of administrative justice in the paper paid attention to administrative justice before the establishment of independent Czechoslovakia in 1918 and the first republic administrative justice.
