The constitutional law and the criminal law have both a close relationship to moral rules. They differ from each other for example in typical legal language.
The constitutional law says, what are the basic features of social arrangement; the criminal law defends them. There are three or four sets of contacts between them.
The constitutional law lays down fundamentals and limits of the criminal law, immunities and special procedures, which are similar to criminal procedures, but they are concentrated in area of political institutions.
