Abstract
The legislators deal in possibly all countries and historical periods with the problem, how to choose between reception of the previous well functioning legislative and reflecting of the current status of the society. With the expansion of the modern technologies, finding of the most effective way is getting more and more complicated.
Therefore, in this article, we will focus on how the reception of the older legal institutes can make problems during the aplication, if the technological develoment is not enough reflected.
