The Jesuits from the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands in the Spanish Amerika, Marianna Islands and China

Abstract

The contribution has in view the activities of those oversea Jesuit missionaries in the Spanish America, in the Marianna Islands and China, who proceeded of and/or studied in the towns of the Bohemian-Moravian Hightlands: the Jesuit academy in Jihlava, the third Probation in Telč. In the future, it would be necessary to focus on the phenomenon, how this background (the professors, personal example of their colleagues) inspired and formed them to their future career.
