Abstract
Semantic Interoperability and the ability to obtain specific information bz usage of technicel means are essential conditions for the utiliyation of telemedicine technologies in electronic healthcare. Semantic interoperability addresess issues how to best facilitate the coding, transmission and use of meaning across seamless health services, between providers, patients, citizens and authorities, research and training.
