Abstrakt
The source book is aimed at revealing the policy of the Russian Empire in two regions: Baltic provinces and Finland. The volume is a collection of the most important and colourful sources of history providing and insight of the legal status of the Baltic provinces and Finland and the degree of their autonomy within the Russian Empire.
