Establishing a trust fund with special emphasis on the separation of assets

Abstract

The work deals with acculturation of the common law institute of trust into Czech law through the new Civil Code. It concludes that interpretation of this regulation will have to rely more on the standard common law doctrine than the Quebec jurisprudence.
