Abstract

The paper describes workshop aimed at teaching some features of inertial and non-inertial systems. Features of these systems and transformations between them is illustrated and clarified by simple paper models with which teachers and students actively manipulate.

The range of applicability of these models starts from simple adding of velocities to behaviour of bodies in accelerated systems including rotating systems where effects of centrifugal, Coriolis and Euler force can be illustrated and discussed.
