Abstract

The book presents current assessment, intervention, counselling, and prevention approaches to specific learning difficulties. It pays attention to risk factors at preschool age and further focuses on specific learning difficulties at elementary school and secondary school.

It emphasizes the role of home and school environment either. It offers information for parents, teachers and counsellors, which stem from authors' researches as well as other foreign and domestic research studies.
