Division of the Competence in Collective Statutory Body and its Impact on Liability

Abstract

The contribution deals with the division of the competence in the collective statutory body, which has been enabled by Sec. 156 of the Civil Code. Discussed is the possibility of the division of the competence, process itself and the impact on the liability.

Both German law and literature are taken into consideration.
