Acquisition of Ownership from an Unauthorised Party as a Manifestation of Good Faith in Comparative Private Law

Abstrakt

The article sheds light on acquisition of ownership from an unauthorised party from a comparative perspective and argues against traditional views that before Czech recodification it was generally impossible to acquire ownership in that way.
