Standards for Elementary Education for Chemistry Education

Abstract

The paper is focused on the issue of Evaluation standards for the Czech elementary educational system. Several conceptual steps which disadvantage scientific subjects and their education are pointed out and discussed.

In the second half the Standards for Chemistry are introduced, several newly created illustrative student exercises are offered along with the link to a website where more of these materials are available.
