Abstract
Multicultural education is one of the educational areas stated in the Framework Educational Programme, therefore multicultural topics are required even in schools and classes where there are no minority pupils. The lack of multicultural materials for teaching places demands on teachers in order to be able to create such materials and teaching units.
The paper shows teachers that creation of mathematical problems with multicultural content can be simple as well as interesting and exciting.
