Abstract
The main aim of the paper is to introduce the Street Law programme, a legal literacy enhancement programme, and highlight the opportunity to participate in this program. After the basic characteris- tics of Street Law, the author describes the main benefits of the programme for primary school pupils and secondary school students.
Furthermore, the paper presents institutions which are cur-rently running the Street Law programme in the Czech Republic, and summarizes the up-to-date experience with Street Law from the perspective of both teachers and students. In the last part, the paper specifies how people interested in joining the programme might do so and presents se-lected sources that provide more detailed information about Street Law.
