Abstract

The paper is devoted descriptive study on the fitness training of women 's basketball national team at the Olympics games 2012. In terms of basic description of the preparation for the olympics games characterized two peak's model.

Were a total of 10 weeks of preparation, which were distributed to six weeks before qualifying for the OG and 4 weeks OG. Total realized 61 training units in 46 days.

Fitness training for women's basketball team had specific characteristics in terms of dynamics.
