Towards Active Citizenship and Community Living - Drivers and Strategies for Change

Abstrakt

This paper summarise the current implementation of the Convention and in particular Article 19, the explored barriers and opportunities and what the future might hold. The paper also summarise the current state of community living, and will identify some of the trends, challenges and perceived risks around implementation of the CRPD in the countries participating in the project DISCIT.
