This paper discusses the possible methodological approaches to research transformation of educational process management. The introductory section outlines the timeliness of the topic selection, further defined the theoretical background, especially the process transformation and education change theory.
At the same time it is determined the objective of the proposed study, including fundamental scientific questions. The next section introduces the methodology solutions with a focus on oral history and reasons for selection of the research design.
Finally, it is shown how to handle the data derived from the pilot study and interviews carried out with the first respondent.
