Abstract
In this chapter author deals with interpretation of sections 2662 to 2700. These provisions regulate obligations which arise from contract on bank account, on bank deposit, on letter of credit and on collection, that are a part of the Title of Civil Code in which obligations arising from legal acting are regulated.
In the commentary for these provisions author comments on rigths and duties, which arise from conclusion of a contract on bank account, contract on bank deposit, contract on letter of credit and contract on collection.
