The paper studies from the chorological point of view the Mediterranean imports in Central Europe. Artefacts of three selected cathegories - the amphorae, the black-gloss pottery and the bronze jugs - show basically the same picture: types mediated via Gaul on the one hand and the Eastern Alps on the other hand may be distinguished.
The distribuiton of the former and of the latter types covers in all cases approximatelly the same zones, intersecting roughly in the region between Bavaria and Moravia.
