Abstract
The paper introduces the basic principles of creative writing methods used for the development of language skills in teaching foreign students Czech as a foreign language. The report also reviews the results of the survey focused on this method, which took place in the summer semester 2013 and whose respondents were foreign participants of semester creative writing courses.
Finally it summarizes the most common morphology, syntax and spelling errors in the written texts of the participants of Slavic origin.
