The study focuses on the first complex retrospective artwork by Jan Kubíček (1927-2013). It was presented by The City Gallery of Prague in the Municipal Librery by curator authorship of Hans Peter Riese and Pavel Kappel.
Jan Kubíček is represented as a unique personality of after-war arts who overcame textural experimentinginterest in geometrical order and got to peculiar version of concretist art which by using simple tools is close to minimalistic expression. Reflexion in a critical way comments of its kind imbalance concerning timely following periods, as well as their inner incompleteness.
Kubíček is an evident pioneer of generative arts.
