The Question of Nations in Czech Medieval Towns as a Methodological Problem

Abstrakt

The article examine the methodology et its difficulties of analysis of the structure national of towns in the Kingdom of Bohemia in the Middle Ages. The author summarizes the approach of the preceding historiography, defines the levels of perception of a national identity and tries to outline new tendecies of the analysis of nations in the urban historiography.
