Abstract
Narrative feedback comments from Sociomapping team development projects were analyzed. The provided mutual feedback of four expatriate teams that were assigned to Middle and South-Eastern European countries was evaluated between the years 2009 and 2014.
By applying content analysis, the character of qualitative comments was explored and new hypotheses for future research were derived. Independent coders categorized the different comments.
The coding summary for the different countries was analyzed from a long term perspective and the specific context factors and resulting tendencies are discussed. Future research ideas are proposed.
Examples of comments are provided, as well as detailed overviews of the recieved summary scores.
