The Connection and Influence of the Floor Decoration on the Architecture of Roman Villas in the Roman Province of Britannia

Abstract

Poster deals with a mosaic floor decoration of Roman villas in the province of Roman Britannia from the second half of the 1st century to the end of the 4th century A.D. Main aim is to gather all available mosaics with figural motifs from the area of Roman Britain and categorise them according to geographical and chronological scale.
