Report on complex functional load examination in wide national selection of taekwondo (WTF) Czech Republic
Abstract
Report presents the results of contract reasearch ordered by Czech federation of Taekwondo WTF, Zátopkova 100/2, 160 00 Prague 6. The report brings information on methods of examinatuion and results of antropometry, spirometry and exercise testing - maximum aerobic test (VO2 test) on a treadmill and an intermittent anaerobic exerise test on a cycle ergometer, including the response of organism on the both exercise test in blood lactate concentration in wide national selection of taekwondo (WTF) Czech Republic.
In addition, the report brings information on dietary examination, based on evaluation of dietary habits using dietary pyramid, evaluation of fat score, fibre score and level of consume of sweets, with a total summing up the substantial diatary risks in individual members of wide national selection of taekwondo (WTF) Czech Republic.
