Abstract
Learning resource was created by the educational program of the school management and school facilities. The author analyzes the position of Director of the school in the process of adaptation of beginning teachers in the educational process - from the interview through the first days and weeks of beginning teachers in the school, determination stating teacher implementation hospitačnej activity to the issuing of a final evaluation placing beginning teaching staff to practice .
