Abstract
The essay goes on to describe the rise of Charles IV as King of the Romans, his relation to the Holy Roman Emperor Louis IV (Louis the Bavarian), and the comparision of political concept of both monarchs. It also touches the view of Louis IV in Bohemian chronicles of 14th century.
