Abstract
Exhibition on the occasion of the birth anniversaries of five personalities who influenced significantly the Czech Deaf community. The exhibition was created by Institute of Deaf Studies, Faculty of Arts, Charles University in Prague as an accompanying event of the The International Summer School 2014: Current Issues in Sign Language Linguistics (CISL).
The opening ceremony was on August 26, 2014. Exhibition panels presented texts in written Czech and English, on electronic panels were accessible their translations into Czech sign language and into International sign system.
