Publications from 2010 responds to the needs of society related to the upbringing and education of the Roma population living in the territory of the Slovak Republic, because the current education system does not provide linguistically handicapped pupil with a native language other than Slovak. The author explores the current state-level communication skills of speaking and the intention is to create a platform for the development of specific strategies and roles within specially modified curriculum content, which is needed to reduce the language handicap.
