Abstract
The manuscript is intended for oncology and haemato-oncology patients. The main part of the text is focused to oral mucositis after chemotherapy and radiotherapy, its clinical features, characteristics, prevention, treatment and nursing care.
Principles of care are systematically summarized. Other important issues, such are infections, GVHD, osteonecrosis are also introduced.
