Abstract
Micropenis is a significantly small but normally shaped penis in genetically male individuals. Length of stretched penis (from symphysis to the tip of the glans penis) is less than -2SD according to age norms.
Differential diagnosis: Hypergonadotrophic or hypogonadotropic hypogonadism, impaired sensitivity to androgens, idiopathic micropenis
