The contribution analyzes the possibilities for employment Czechs and Slovaks who arrived as repatriants and reemigrants into Czechoslovakia after the World War First. It briefly explains meaning of the word repatriation and reemigration.
It also differences between incoming reemigrants and repatriants from different part of Europe and it presents their main problems, like lack of free land for their location, increasing unemployment, lack of housing. These problems are analyzed for the specific example of reemigration 100 Slovak families from Hungary.
