Abstract

Arthroscopy is the simplest and therofore most commonly used technique. The term " lysis" used by Sanders, refers to " sweep surface adhesions in the suuperior joint space where the goal is to increase the disc mobility".

This consists of lysis or breakdown af adhesions between articular surfaces rinsed with abundant serum and sweeping mandibular movements.
