The research project deals with acquisition of linguistic terms by pupils of the first grade of primary school from linguistic and linguodidactic point of view. In the frame of the project we explore how problems of linguistic terms are acquired by pupils and we attend to understand the rules of terms construction by pupils.
Thought processes of pupils of younger school age are analysed exploring linguistic concepts and procedures which pupils use to recognize given linguistic terms in wider context. Further, an algorithm applicable on linguistic concept identification is designed which consequently works with linguistic terms fixed as of given linguistic concepts.
Children's preconceptions which are an integral part of the acquisition process will be also analyzed.
