Abstract
The publication deals with the interpretation of terms mentioned in the title, and from the perspective of current legislation in comparison with the previous legal order. The reader will find in the book differences compared to treatment before recodification and comparison with foreign legislation, as well as a description of the development of financial instruments.
There are also interesting historical previews. This approach provides a comprehensive view on these issues.
Author also monitored a relevant case law and some connections with other legislation, esp. The Payment System Act.
The publication includes index and overview of the literature that relates to the topic.
