Abstract
Outcomes of treatment in patients with multiple myeloma are significantly improving during last years through the use of new drugs, main representatives are thalidomide, bortezomib and lenalidomide. Last appointed drug showed very good effect even in the context of long-term maintenance therapy.
Lenalidomide main advantage is the fact that itsucceeded in minimize neurological toxicity.
