Abstract
The significant lack of interrest about study of science in last years logically leads didactics and science teachers to search new attractive and more effective teaching methods. At first glance it is obvious that main ideas of czech science education coincides with those of the past decades.
This post compares the currently recommended teaching methods and approaches to science-related education with original ideas and teaching concepts leading Czech teachers and lecturers of the late 20th century.
