Abstract
The aim of the chapter is to introduce results of a research project in terms of utilization of the educational and qualification attainment of Ukrainian migrants in the Czech labour market. The analysis was based on results of a questionnaire survey among Ukrainian migrants.
The overall conclusion of the analysis is that underutilization of the educational and qualification potential at the Czech labour market takes place, in comparison with their respective position at the labour market in Ukraine.
