Abstract
This paper summarizes preliminary results of the project called 'Strategic shock scenarios: future environment of public policy'. From this point of departure, the future operational environment characteristics are developed focusing on the internal security realm.
Moving onwards, the parametric requirements for logistical support systems, such as R&D support within the remit of the Ministry of the Interior, are established.
