Abstract

Reply to Letter to the Editor deals with the risk of malignancy for heterogenaus and controversial AUS/FLUS Bethesda systém category. Repeated FNA improves the diagnostics of this category, the estimation of risk of malignancy requires cytohistopathological correlation in majority cases and further studies.
