Abstract

The paper deals with the survey instrument effectiveness of teaching staff in the practice of kindergartens, primary and secondary schools. At the beginning defines the legislative, social, and educational bases need training of teaching staff, including the necessity of evaluating its effectiveness.

Subsequently concretized used terms associated with the respective agenda. The experimental part describes the findings of the survey instrument effectiveness of education in school practice and the possibility of their use.
