Abstract
"White gold" project was prepared theoretically and practically in high school and college. Students were divided into four groups.
They prepared four different stories - Story of seed and beet root, Story of sugar production, Story of sugar in the kitchen and laboratory and Story of sugar in the human body. Result of project was presentation, A2 format poster and completed questionnaire.
Project-based education prepares students for future profession and family education. Students learn to solve complex problems, mutual tolerance, teamwork, responsibility, enterprise and communication.
