Abstract
The article seeks to introduce the way how could be the concept of ethnic loayalty used as the alternative to the national identity. On the example of the women's club Eiche, which was originally founded in Liberec (1901) as the part of "völkisch" radical nationalist milieu, is shown its transition to German national-liberal milieu.
