Postwar regulations of forced labor duty in the Czechoslovakia

Abstract

The intrudoction of the research report deals with the forced labor in general and it highlated the international roots of the working duty based on the Yalta Conference. It followed the chapter on the legal regime of austrian citizens including real functioning of their exemption from forced labor duty.

Text deals with forced labor troops too. There have not been left aside the labor camps either.

The text also describes the organization of forced labor and her real functioning. A considerable part of the text delas with the regulation and aplication of forced labor of persons, who have been deprived of state citizenship by Decret Nr. 71/1945 Sb.

It deals with the relationship between forced labor and transfer and internment centers too. In detail are handled the wages.

Another chapters of the research report deals with forced labor of prisoners of war, Hungarians and the general labor duty by Decret Nr. 88/1945 Sb. The research report focus on the situation, that occured by people after the restoration of their citizenship.

It also includes the comparation with other countries. In the text of the research report there are many statistical data.The conclusions of the research report, then both summarize the lessons learned, along with recommendations how to resolve any potential issues arising from the current theme.
