Importance and Teaching Compensatory Strategies in Czech for Doctors and Dentists

Abstract

Strategic competence is the ability to cope with unpredictable language difficulties of communication in a foreign language. Due to the specifity of the medical environment and communication partners, it is necessary to develop not only improvisation strategies but also various compensatory techniques in language training.
