Abstract
The book follows three main goals: to provide a comprehensive image of the part that the foundations played within a legislative structure in a given historical period, show what patterns or stereotypes the founders or the patrons followed, where did they get their inspirations and lastly provide an answer to the question to which extent were they influenced by the example of Josef Hlávek.
