Topographic mapping and cartographic portrayal of selected terrain features consisting of stone fragments. These phenomena are described from geomorphological and topographical point of view so as in terms of cartographic presentation on topographic maps with the emphasis on the Czech cartographic and topographic practice.
Representation of the phenomena in the ZABAGED database and on maps produced by the Czech Land Survey Office is discussed in detail as well as the comparison with selected foreign topographic databases. Some problems are also mentioned concerning their representation based on historical reasons together with outline of possible solutions.
