Transformation of fertility in the Czech and Slovak Republic in 20th century and beginning 21th century in cohort perspective

Abstract

The main aim of this paper is to analyze changes in fertility in the Czech and Slovak Republic in 20th century and to describe its overall character in cohort (longitudinal) perspective. Special attention is paid to the development of cohort fertility and changes in parity structure.
